Shipping for PDF Patterns

Most of the patterns in my shop are PDF downloads. Upon checkout, a link to the pattern will be emailed to the address given. Sometimes the emails end up in Promotions/Spam. If you cannot find the email, check there first. If you are unable to find the email, email me at leila.gardunia@gmail.com and I will send you the PDF pattern directly.

Shipping for Paper Patterns

Patterns will be shipped no later than 48 hours after purchase. Due to prohibitive international shipping charges, I only ship within the USA. All other customers are encouraged to purchase a PDF version of the pattern and print it at home.

Shipping on Wholesale Orders

I do not ship wholesale at this time. Please order from your favorite distributor.

Returns

There are no refunds on PDF patterns because there is no way to return them. That being said, I am more than willing to work with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase.

Printed patterns my be returned and the purchase price refunded. The customer pays for the return postage and the purchase price is refunded when I receive the pattern/book in like-new condition.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please email prior to returning. Refunds will be credited after the item is received. It may take up to 10 days to process.
